A quick winter warmer for a healthy sweet tooth fix!
Ingredients
Apples
20g Butter
Hazelnuts
100g Sugar
Cinnamon
Raisins
Start by cutting the top of your apple and scoop out the inside pulp keeping the outer part possibly intact. Cut the pulp into cubes and pan fry in a pot with butter, sugar and cinnamon. Add a bit of water to make it extra moist. After about 5 minutes, add the raisins and the hazelnuts finely cut. Stuff your apple shell with the mix and place in the oven at 180 for about 20 minutes. Serve with some crunchy hazelnut on top and a sprinkle of cinnamon to taste. Perfect paired with Vanilla ice cream too!
