PALEO ZUCCHINI BREAD

A crunchy crust and a soft inside with a mix of nuts and nutritious goodness! #paleo and #glutenfree!


Ingredients for medium batch:

50g coconut flour

50g almond flour

1 zucchini

2 eggs

1tbs baking powder

Sesame seeds

Mixed spicy seeds

Chia seeds

Nut butter


Start by grating a large zucchini with a cheese greater and set aside. In a bowl, mix the flours with the nuts, seeds, butter and baking powder. Add the zucchini and mix well. Place in a plum cake baking tray, in the oven at 180 for 30mins et voila!
