MUSHROOM AND SAGE STUFFED ONIONS

A classy entree perfect for a cold winter night or served as a side that will impress!

Ingredients for 2 Large white onion Mushrooms Sage Garlic Olive oil Salt pepper Start by cutting a large onion in half and scoop out the inside. Sprinkle with olive oil and season. Place it in the oven with at 180 for about 20 mins until partially cooked.


In the meantime, prepare in a frying pan some garlic, olive oil, diced mushrooms, the rest of the onion into fine cubes and sage. Stir fry all together and add a little bit of water to make it creamy.


Place the stuffing in the onion shell and cook for another 5 mins with the grill, adding some cheese on top if you wish or with some juicy fresh olive oil artichokes halves.
