The meatiness of #swordfish meets a simple yet rich tomato and olives sauce. So warming and delicious!
Ingredients for 4 People
4 Swordfish Steaks
Plum Tomatoes
Black Olives
Olive Oil
Garlic
Fresh herbs
Start by grilling the swordfish with a touch of olive oil and garlic into a very hot pan to sear and brown the outer part. Once the outside is brown and crunchy, add some plum tomatoes, season with salt pepper and oregano and lower the heat, to let the fish gently cook in the sauce and soak up all the juice. After 10 minutes add the olives and pan fry for an other 4 minutes.
Serve warm with some fresh herbs garnish!
