SMOKED SALMON WITH FENNEL SHAVINGS

A simple yet absolutely delicious recipe to show off to every dinner party and prepare in few minutes!

Ingredients for 4 people

200gSmoked Salmon

2 Fennels

Olive oil

black pepper, salt

Lemon


Place few slices of salmon in the centre of a serving plates.

In a separate bowl, use a peeler to shave the fennel into very fine strips. Dress with olive oil, pepper, salt and a squeeze of lemon. Let it marinade for about 10 minutes.


Serve the fennel crunchy salad on top of your smoked salmon to add a crunchy zesty taste to the smokiness of the fish. Adjust seasoning to taste.
